As people age, the chances of developing foot-related health complications increases.

According to the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine, 75 per cent of Canadians will experience foot health problems of varying degrees at one time or another in their lives.

As we age, the chance of developing health problems with our feet increases. Prevention is always the best medicine. This includes a daily self inspection and washing and proper drying of our feet, clean socks on a daily basis, good footwear and a regular examination of our feet by a professional.
