Community Care's Hospice staff and volunteers are trained to assist you and your family through your unique situation, whether it be a progressive terminal illness or grieving the death of a loved one. Our focus is to care for the mind, body and spirit by providing a continuum of care, from diagnosis of a life-threatening illness through to bereavement.

As a result of considerable growth and expansion in recent years, all of Community Care's Hospice Services, including the Palliative Care Community Team (PCCT) now operate from agency offices at 2 Kent St. W., Lindsay. The downtown Lindsay location provides the agency with greater exposure, public awareness and client access to the important services that Hospice provides to local residents.
The popular labyrinth walking path and garden (below) at Hospice's former 112 McLaughlin Rd. location in Lindsay remains available for public use, free of charge, seven days/week. New property owners Hutton Angelo LLP generously provide access to Hospice staff and volunteers to maintain the labyrinth garden, which was constructed in 2011 and has been a valuable source of support and reflection for local residents.
